Ingredients
- Lamb — 500 grams, cut into cubes
- Garlic — 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice — 2 tablespoons
- Paprika — 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin — 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander — 1 teaspoon
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let the lamb marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
