- 4 Ripe tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Directions
1. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
