This recipe offers a delicious combination of succulent, lemon herb roasted chicken drumsticks paired perfectly with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken drumsticks are marinated in a blend of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and paprika, then roasted until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy inside. Paired with fluffy mashed potatoes that carry a rich, garlicky flavor, this dish is a perfect comfort meal. The key is letting the chicken properly marinate, which allows all the citrus and herb flavors to deeply infuse, making each bite aromatic and satisfying. The mashed potatoes, enriched with butter and cream, provide a smooth contrast to the savory roasted chicken. Serve this hearty meal as a family dinner or for guests — it’s simple enough for a weeknight but special enough for an occasion. Clean-up is minimal, and the aroma will fill your home with an irresistible invitation to the dinner table.

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
