Delicious and filling Mexican burritos

Ingredients
- Large flour tortillas — 4
- Cooked rice — 1 cup
- Black beans — 1 cup, cooked or canned

- Bell peppers — 1/2 cup, sliced
- Onion — 1/2 cup, sliced
- Shredded cheese — 1/2 cup
- Sour cream — 1/4 cup
- Salsa — 1/4 cup
- Guacamole — 1/4 cup
- Cilantro — 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt — 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper — 1/4 teaspoon
- Cooking oil — 2 tablespoons
Directions
1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan. Cook until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
3. Season the cooked vegetables with salt and black pepper. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
4. Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a stovetop until they are pliable.
5. In the center of each tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans, grilled chicken, cooked vegetables, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
7. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
